How to Recover Disabled Facebook Account

Facebook is a global social media network which has made its agreements and policies strict, especially for fake user accounts. As a user, if you send too many friend requests, the company can temporarily delete your account, or in other words, it can temporarily disable it. When you login to the account the next time, Facebook will show an “Account Disabled” message. There are other reasons like violating the terms and conditions of the company by posting contravening items, contacting people for commercial purposes, etc. If your Facebook account is disabled temporarily, then there are certain methods through which you can quickly regain your disabled account. Let’s check the procedure to recover the disabled Facebook account.

How to recover a disabled Facebook Account

  1. Go to the Facebook homepage.
  2. Enter your login credentials and click Login.
  3. If your account is accessible, then you will be prompted to either Cancel Deletion or Confirm Deletion.
  4. Click Cancel Deletion to recover your account.
  5. Now you can reuse the account.
If there is no message occurs to cancel deletion then don’t worry as there is a workaround for it. The appeal-id requestis another way to get your account back, but for that, you will need your valid identity proof, name and registered email address.

Recovering Facebook account using the appeal-id request method

  1. Go to the Facebook homepage and enter your credentials.
  2. Now, click the Login button to get into your account.
  3. If “Account Disabled” message has shown, then the account is blocked by the company.
  4. Now open “My Facebook account has been disabled” page.
  5. Click Submit Appeal.
  6. You will need to enter your email address or contact number.
  7. Type the name you are using on your Facebook account.
  8. Click Choose Files and upload your valid identity proof.
  9. Select an image file of your identity and click Open.
  10. In the box below, you can give Additional info to Facebook which could be your legal name or maybe someone trying to harm you.
  11. After all the process, click the Send
  12. If your account is permitted to be accessed again, you will receive a message from Facebook Corporation.
  13. Once you receive the message, you can again use the account.
When you access your account next time, you must be careful with the policies of Facebook and if you suspect that it was not your fault then use a strong password to make your account more secure.
