How to Block an Email Address on iPhone from Yahoo Mail and Outlook

Yahoo Mail
  1. Visit Yahoo – Type https://mail.yahoo.com/ from your computer’s web browser.
Now input your email address and password if you’re signed in
  1. Press Settings – By clicking on it, a drop-down menu will appear.
In case you haven’t used the new version of the Yahoo inbox, you have to tick in the blue button which says “One click away from your upgraded mailbox” on the left part of the page.
  1. Press “More Settings”- By clicking on it will launch the settings page.
  2. Press “Security and Privacy”
  3. Press “+ Add” – Find this at the right side of the “Blocked Addresses” heading in the “Security and Privacy” category.
  4. Input an email address – Write the email address that you wish to block into the “Address” box in the top right side of the page.
  5. Press “Save” – By clicking it will add the email address to your Yahoo inbox block list, which will stop future messages from the email address from reaching to your Yahoo inbox on any device including your iPhone.

  1. Visit the site http://www.outlook.com in your computer’s web browser, now input your email address and password.
Outlook also consists of Hotmail and Live accounts.
  1. Press Settings – Once you click on the Setting button, a drop-down menu prompts.
  2. Pull down and press “View full settings” – When you click the link at the lower part of the drop-down menu, your Settings will open.
  3. Press “ Mail” box – You find this on the left side of the window.
  4. Press “Junk email.”
  5. Input an email – Type an email you want to block
  6. Press “Add” – This button you’ll find to the right of the email address box and this will add the email address to the block list.
  7. Press “Save” – By clicking on it will save your changes and stops any future email from the blocked email address from outreach any of your Outlook inboxes including your iPhone.
